Chojiya is the oldest company in Shizuoka prefecture, which opened in 1596.
“Tororo-jiru in Mariko-juku” will appear in various travel history stories, haiku, essay, and ukiyo-e, including Basho MATSUO, Ikku JUPPENSHA, and Hiroshige UTAGAWA, which are famous a man of culture from the Edo period.
